Demolition of five unoccupied industrial buildings close to the Rowing Club Pavilion next to the Frank Gehry Bridge

The Zorrotzaurre Contracting Board has finalised the demolition of five unoccupied industrial buildings close to the Rowing Club Pavilion next to the Frank Gehry Bridge. The buildings used to belong to the companies; Suminam, Mefade and Saico.

The demolition has freed up 2,543m2 of land for the new uses established in the Special Plan for the area, which, in this case, are housing and open spaces.
